Perry Stevenson is one of the few Kentucky basketball players to play under three different head coaches. Stevenson was recruited by Tubby Smith and played under him during the 2006-07 season before Billie Gillispie took over for the next two seasons. Then his senior year (2009-10), Stevenson played for John Calipari.
Stevenson finished his career at Kentucky with 602 points, 491 rebounds and 160 blocked shots. Stevenson’s most prolific time at Kentucky was the final five games of the ’07-’08 season. Filling in for the injured sophomore, Patrick Patterson, Stevenson averaged 9.4 points, 9 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game.
