UK coach Mark Stoops did not worry about J.J. Weaver's commitment even when it looked like he might wait to sign until February. Jon Hale, Louisville Courier Journal
LEXINGTON, Ky. - With less than two weeks remaining before college football’s February signing day, it’s time to look at the lingering storylines as Kentucky football fills its final handful of spots in the 2019 class.
How many spots are available?
Kentucky signed 21 players in the class in December, leaving four open spots if the staff chooses to sign a full 25-man class. Mark Stoops and company could elect to sign less than 25 though in order to leave wiggle room on the 85-man roster to add a transfer at a position of need.
