NASHVILLE, Tenn. - In its last three games, Kentucky basketball proved capable of beating ranked squads. At Vanderbilt Tuesday, it proved capable of destroying a bad one.
Kentucky (17-3, 6-1) held Vanderbilt to just five points in the final 13:21 of the first half, scoring 33 of its own in that span to take a 30-point lead into the halftime locker room then cruised to a 87-52 victory.
