LEXINGTON - Kentucky basketball's 2022 recruiting class is shrinking.
Once a four-man class projected to rival the best of the John Calipari era at UK, the group is down to two commitments following five-star guard Skyy Clark's decommitment Sunday. Clark signed with Kentucky in November but confirmed on his personal Twitter account he would ask for a release from his National Letter of Intent.
Kentucky has generally granted those requests, as it did with point guard recruit Nolan Hickman a year ago.
The 2022 class previously lost headliner Shaedon Sharpe, at one time the No.
