LEXINGTON - For the third time in 10 days, Kentucky basketball has landed a blue chip recruit.
Five-star forward Daimion Collins, the No. 19 prospect in the 2021 class, committed to Kentucky on Saturday over Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas and Texas Tech. Collins' commitment follows recent pledges from top-30 2021 recruit Bryce Hopkins and five-star 2022 guard Skyy Clark.
He joins Hopkins and four-star point guard Nolan Hickman in UK's 2021 recruiting class. Clark has also been rumored to be considering a move to the 2021 class.
Here's a closer look at what the commitment means for UK.
