Wednesday Quickies: Victory over Mizzou Edition

It wasn’t a pretty game or one that will be remembered in the years to come, but the Kentucky Wildcats were able to grind out a win on the road in Columbia, Missouri, last night defeating the Missouri Tigers by a score of 66-58.

PJ Washington put together another solid performance with 18 points and 8 rebounds, and Tyler Herro matched PJ’s point total with 18 of his own while Ashton Hagans made three Wildcats in double figures with 12.

While the game was mostly a forgettable contest, the story came in the second half as Reid Travis was forced to leave the game with what was later announced as a knee sprain.
