When PJ Washington returned to the Kentucky Wildcats, I don’t think many of us knew just how good he would be. We saw glimpses of it in his freshman season, but the complete domination that he showed down the stretch was something new altogether.
He was rewarded with a trip to the Elite Eight and the recognition of being a consensus All American. He’s the first Cat to be a consensus All American sense Malik Monk did it two years ago.
It’s not first team, but being recognized by the four major outlets as being third team is still quite the achievement.
