Kentucky’s baseball season just keeps getting better. The Wildcats upset the rival No. 2 Louisville Cardinals last night, 11-7. The game featured 11 straight runs for the Cats (in the first four innings) and an insane 7-2-6 triple play. Despite giving up seven runs in the fifth and sixth innings, the Cats held on thanks to strong bullpen work, and finished off a huge win at home.
The Cats are currently first in the SEC East, and are tied for the second-best record in the conference.
Don’t see that one very often.
