Kentucky did not beat Kansas tonight, despite leading the No. 1 Jayhawks by 14 points in the second half; however, the Cats showed fight, at times dictating the game despite being down three seven-footers. Unfortunately, Kansas’ experience won out in the end, with the Jayhawks finishing the game on an 11-1 run en route to the 89-84 victory.
It feels odd to share highlights after a loss, but there were a lot of thrilling moments in this one, especially the first half. Rob Dillingham had 16 first-half points, including four straight threes.
