The Cats are slowly breaking into Penn State preparation. The team is still pitting the first teamers against each other to focus on personal improvements, while slipping in some Penn State scheme from time to time. It’s not so different than what they faced earlier this season against Mississippi State (probably because MSU is coached by PSU’s former offensive coordinator, Joe Moorhead).
Stoops revealed Clevan Thomas has been working on the defensive side of the ball throughout his redshirt season. He shed a little light on how underclassmen can break through during Citrus Bowl prep, how they’ve adapted their preparation throughout the year and much more.
