Cornerback is a position of concern for Kentucky entering the 2023 season. Safety is not. Part of the reason for that is due to the return of Jordan Lovett.
The Radcliff (Ky.) North Hardin product started the final 11 games for Kentucky last season after replacing an injured Jalen Geiger in a Week 2 victory over Florida. As a redshirt freshman, Lovett recorded 62 tackles, three pass breakups, two interceptions, and played 693 defensive snaps.
The class of 2021 signee was the No. 729 overall ranked prospect in the 2021 On3 Industry Ranking.
