In the middle of the best game of his young NFL career, former Kentucky Wildcat Wan’Dale Robinson suffered a torn ACL. Monday morning New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll announced Robinson’s rookie season is over.
During Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions, Robinson was targeted 13 times by QB Daniel Jones. He caught nine passes for 100 yards, the first 100-yard game of his career. Following his ninth reception, Robinson was sent to the sideline with the right knee injury.
