We all know Kentucky associate head coach and recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow received a significant raise after a back-and-forth between Kentucky and Michigan State, but just how much did he receive to return to Lexington?
This morning, Marrow’s contract details were made available by the UK Office of Legal Counsel, with the Kentucky football assistant now set to make $900,000 annually through the 2022 season.
Officially signed on Feb. 13 – one day before he officially announced his return to the school – Marrow now ranks among the highest-paid non-coordinators in all of college football, with Ohio State associate head coach Larry Johnson standing as the lone current coach to match Marrow’s salary.
