Just after this video, Coach Gentry was asked what he thinks of so many coming out to watch his team in the preseason, in Lexington, KY of all places.
He said he wasn’t surprised about how many fans were there, 19,183 to be precise, and he says “nothing is surprising here when it comes to basketball.” He says that Calipari is doing a great job recruiting and getting these kid to where they want to be and preparing them for what is to come in their careers.
