The best time of the year in the state of Kentucky is coming up – basketball season.
The season officially kicks off on Friday, Oct. 16, when John Calipari’s program hosts Big Blue Madness at Rupp Arena. Tickets for the event, which are free, are given out Friday morning. Kentucky fans, as they do every year, begin camping out in the ticket line Wednesday morning.
It took just three hours for the camping ground to reach its capacity.
