With a decision “coming soon” for Vanderbilt running back transfer Re’Mahn “Ray” Davis, Kentucky is looking to close on a commitment.
Head coach Mark Stoops and new running backs coach Jay Boulware met with the veteran playmaker on Monday, just days before his visit to Lexington and anticipated announcement.
“Family,” Davis said of the Kentucky coaching staff.
Kentucky is considered the overwhelming favorite to land Davis’ commitment, which is expected this week. The 5-foot-9, 205-pound running back has a visit scheduled to Lexington this weekend.
