Wow!
That was a nail biter, but Kentucky Wildcats were able to escape with a win over Texas A&M. They did so without Quade Green available. The Cats had some moments of excellence and some real head scratching moments as well.
In the first half, Kentucky started shooting the ball well but so did Texas A&M and at the first media timeout the Cats and Aggies were tied 9-9. Each team would make runs and exchange the lead, but Kentucky went 26-20 after two PJ Washington free throws with 8:46 left in the half.
