Kentucky football signee Jordan Bonner was stabbed six times while visiting his Cleveland home during Spring Break from NEO Junior College. His mother told Fox-8 TV that he’s lucky to be alive after suffering wounds to his chest, back and abdomen.
Not only is it a physical setback, but it also will set him back in his schooling. He must remain home and miss class to receive care from his doctor, and his plane ticket back to Oklahoma is non-transferrable.
“This sets me back a little because I need to finish my classes and I can’t go back until I get the staples out next week,” said Bonner, who spent four days in the hospital.
