LEXINGTON - First, Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari drew criticism for kneeling with his players during the national anthem before a game at Florida.
Days later, Calipari was the target of ire from others on the opposite side of the debate when he said after the Wildcats' loss to Alabama that the team had chosen to kneel at "probably not a real good time."
Kentucky players have been consistent in their praise for Calipari supporting their demonstration since the Florida game, but that did not stop Yahoo Sports from publishing a column ripping Calipari for his post-Alabama comments.
