UK announced on Monday afternoon that two football players have decided to transfer from the program.
Junior cornerback Jaleel Hytchye, who was Mark Stoops’ first high school commitment in Jan. 2013, and freshman redshirt Dorian Hendrix are leaving the program.
Hytchye played in eight games as a true freshman and made one start. He recorded nine tackles on the season. As a sophomore, the Cincinnati native played sparingly. The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder had difficulty moving up the depth chart in his time at UK.
Hendrix was the first commitment in the historic 2014 recruiting class for the Cats.
