After early reports indicated that the Kentucky Wildcats Football Team (4-6) would take on the No. 23 N.C State Wolfpack (8-3) on Jan. 2 in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, UK confirmed the news that they had accepted a bid to play in their fifth consecutive bowl game.
The game will be nationally televised on ESPN at noon inside of the TIAA Bank Field down in Jacksonville, Florida–home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars.
