We thought five-star point guard Tyrese Maxey would announce his college decision this week, but it looks like we’re going to have to wait just a little while longer. Maxey just tweeted that he will announce on Wednesday, May 9, which is presumably also when he’ll let us know if he’s moving up to the 2018 class. He’s down to Kentucky, Michigan State, Texas, Michigan, and Oklahoma State.

Maxey is one of several guards in the 2019 class that’s considering reclassifying along with Ashton Hagans and Jalen Lecque.
