LEXINGTON, Ky. - For the 11th year in a row, the Kentucky basketball program will have at least one representative in the prestigious McDonald's All-American game.
UK signee Tyrese Maxey, a five-star guard from Texas, and verbal commitment Kahlil Whitney, a five-star forward from New Jersey, were both named to the West roster for the 2019 game. The game is scheduled for March 27 in Atlanta.

In addition to Maxey and Whitney, uncommitted UK recruiting targets Jaden McDaniels, a five-star forward from Washington, Matthew Hurt, a five-star forward from Minnesota, and Anthony Edwards, a five-star guard from Georgia, were named to the men's game.
