The once-promising career of T.V. Williams at Kentucky is now over.
According to Jen Smith of the Lexington Herald-Leader, Williams is leaving the Wildcats to pursue a transfer elsewhere, likely to a school where more playing time can be had. Williams fell far down the depth chart last season to the point he was rarely seeing the field, even though this position struggled badly for UK last year.
A former three-star receiver prospect out of McKinney High School in Texas, Williams was part of the 2014 class and was originally recruited by Neal Brown, who was UK's offensive coordinator that year before becoming the head coach of Troy in 2015.
