LEXINGTON – A pandemic is not even enough to stop the constant cycle of adding and subtracting players from a college football roster.
Over the weekend, Kentucky football picked up two commitments from the Class of 2021: three-star Ohio prep wide receiver Armond Scott and three-star Alabama prep defensive lineman Khalil Saunders.
While Mark Stoops and his coaching staff continued preparing for the future, they also saw their current roster continue to take shape for next season with two transfers.
Freshman defensive tackle Cavon Butler, who played in one game while redshirting last season, and redshirt freshman defensive end Davaon Hawkins, who totaled three tackles, two tackles for loss and one sack in nine games, announced they were transferring on Friday.
