James Wiseman, the No. 1-ranked basketball recruit in the class of 2019, will announce his college decision Tuesday at noon on ESPN.
Wiseman — a 7-footer from Nashville, now living in Memphis — has long been the top target on John Calipari’s 2019 recruiting board, and he was the first player from that group to land a UK scholarship offer.
