Kentucky still would like to “add a piece or two” to the roster for next season. No names of course, but by now, everyone knows he’s referring to Canadian shooting guard Jamal Murray, who is considering Kentucky, Oregon, and a few other schools.
Rothstein had plenty of praise for UK’s current 2015 class, but said adding Murray would be a game changer. “Jamal Murray would change the landscape of Kentucky dramatically,” Rothstein said. “He would be a real, real threat to change things.”
Even if the Cats don’t get Murray, Rothstein said people are underestimating the current roster.
