The stakes just got a little higher for tonight’s game. New Albany head coach Jim Shannon told Jeff Greer the nation’s second-ranked junior prospect, Romeo Langford, will be at the Yum! Center to watch the Cats take on the Cards.

The superstar shooting guard grew up cheering for the school across the Ohio River. Tom Crean was one of the first to offer Langford before Pitino and Calipari entered into the mix. Pitino recently attended Langford’s nationally-televised game against the No. 1 team in America. The highlights from that 40-point performance are impressive.
