@RickeyHyatt
Kentucky’s 2020 recruiting class grew to 17 Wednesday night. Three weeks after officially visiting the Wildcats, Rickey Hyatt Jr. committed to Kentucky.
Hyatt grew up in Ohio State’s backyard and attends Benny Snell’s alma mater, Westerville Central. Even though he held an offer from the Buckeyes, the talented safety and track star would rather be a Wildcat.
The addition of Hyatt moves Kentucky’s class to No. 22 overall in the Rivals national team rankings. UK is tenth in the SEC, but three conference teams sit directly in front of UK in the rankings. All have more commits than the Cats.
