Today on KSR: Hello, Sawyer Smith

In case you’ve been offline all weekend, Wilson went down in the third quarter of Kentucky’s win over Eastern Michigan with a knee injury. It was clear when he was carted off the field that the prognosis wasn’t good; yesterday afternoon, we found out he suffered a torn patellar tendon in his left knee, ending his season.

“I’m very sorry about Terry’s injury,” Mark Stoops said in a press release from UK. “He has done so much for our program over the last two seasons, both in leadership and his production on the field. As a team captain, he will continue to be an important part of our team and we look forward to him returning to the field when he has recovered.
