The in-state signee scored a career-high 52 of his team’s 76 points Monday night. Allen’s efforts propelled Pendleton County past Williamstown, a team that was 2-29 a year ago, for a 30-point victory. Despite the competition, Allen’s moves are impressive against anybody. From LEX-18:
