The best quarterback in Kentucky football history is once again up for College Football Hall of Fame honors.
Tim Couch played at Kentucky from 1996-98 and broke a ton of records. In two seasons playing for Hal Mumme’s Air Raid offense, Couch threw for 73 touchdowns on his way to first-team All-SEC and All-American honors in 1998. The star quarterback would go on to become a Heisman Trophy finalist before being the No. 1 overall pick of the expansion Cleveland Browns in the 1999 NFL Draft.
