Erik Korem’s high performance training program is one of the calling cards of UK football now, and this morning, Jordan Swindle gave us a great stat to show how much it’s making a difference. Swindle said that two years ago, only five UK players ran over 19 mph when monitored in practice. Last week, 33 players ran over 19 mph. Shew.
Kyle Tucker asked Mark Stoops about that stat, which he’s already repeated a few times in his rounds this morning.
“That’s a piece of the technology that our players look at the actual data that we have with the high-performance program and part of the good thing of that stuff is you can’t hide from it.
