When it became set in stone that Kentucky would play Mississippi State in the first round of the SEC Tournament, I believe we all flashbacked 11 years prior to the 2010 SEC Championship – the last time Kentucky faced the Bulldogs in the conference’s postseason action.
A younger Brad Nessler was still at ESPN, Coach Cal had a hair full of black hair, Brandon Boston Jr. was in the second grade, and our fearless leader Matt Jones looked like this.

We all remember the situation. Kentucky looking to win their first SEC Tournament since 2004, and after a season filled with dominance, the Cats found themselves down two with a little under five seconds to go.
