Terry Wilson undergoing knee surgery today

Send some positive vibes in Terry Wilson’s direction, Big Blue Nation. According to his Instagram story, the Kentucky quarterback is undergoing surgery for his torn patellar tendon today.

Terry suffered the injury vs. Eastern Michigan on September 7. We haven’t been given a timeline for the recovery, but Mark Stoops expects Terry to be ready for next season.

“He’s a resilient guy and this injury is very clean,” Stoops said on September 9. “I know there’s been speculation out there. It’s a clean injury. It’s better than some of the alternatives.
