Saturday in Knoxville was the latest chapter of Wilson’s memorable career, as he helped the Kentucky Wildcats score a road win over the 18th-ranked Tennessee Volunteers for the first time since 1984. The 34-7 final score was Kentucky’s biggest win over Tennessee since a 27-0 win in 1935, and the 27-point margin was the biggest in school history over a top-25 team.
After the game, Wilson took off his uniform to show the message he was wearing on his shirt for today’s monumental win: “Records R Broken.
