Early-season losses are not fun, especially in a time we could all use a little joy; however, at least one of Kentucky’s freshmen has the right perspective. Terrence Clarke spoke with Mike Pratt after the game and said the team is treating today’s 76-64 loss to Richmond as a learning experience, not a setback.
“This is our second game. I’m not discouraged. I don’t think anyone on our team is discouraged. I think it just made us even more hungry. We’re going to come back tomorrow and get ready for our game on Tuesday vs. Kansas.
