Today was Kentucky’s turn to bat at SEC Media Day, and with that came some news that is certainly important to remember with the football season right around the corner.
In one of the breakout sessions, Jordan Swindle talked about the high performance system, and the fact that when he was first here and it was first implemented, Kentucky only had 5 players on the team that could run faster than 19 miles per hour. Now, according to Swindle, Kentucky has 33 guys on the roster that can run at that speed or higher.
