It did not take long for Taj Harris to call Lexington home. The former Syracuse wide receiver arrived for an official visit to Kentucky on Friday. Early Saturday morning Harris announced he will be a Wildcat.
Kentucky was one of the first schools to offer Harris a scholarship, reaching out less than 24 hours after he submitted his name into the transfer portal. He also had offers from Mississippi State, Utah and Ole Miss, where he officially visited last month.
Harris, a 6’2″ 180 lbs. Beverly, NJ native, has 151 catches for 2,028 yards and ten touchdowns over four seasons.
