Noah Dumas calmly sank two free throws with 1.8 seconds on the clock to lift the McCracken County Mustangs to a 43-42 victory over #13 Marshall County in the finals of the 1st region tournament. The free throws came 10 seconds after Tyler Powell’s corner 3-pointer gave the Marshalls a 1-point lead. Mr. Basketball candidate and tournament MVP Jackson Sivills finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Mustangs. He also made two free throws with 28 seconds remaining to put McCracken County up 41-39. Dumas finished was 12 points and played excellent defense on Zion Harmon.
