Sunday Quickies: Cats pound the Vols Edition

The Kentucky Wildcats destroyed the Tennessee Volunteers 86-79 at Rupp Arena in one of the best atmospheres that I’ve seen in that arena since 2011 when North Carolina came to town.

The Cats dominated in every facet of the game and PJ Washington made his place for SEC Player of the Year as he thoroughly outplayed Grant Williams. Reid may have not had his best game offensively, but he pounded Williams into submission on defense.

Tyler Herro notched his first ever double-double as he grabbed 13 rebounds to go along with 15 points.
