In case you haven’t seen the iconic picture making the rounds, Mark Stoops played golf yesterday with John Daly at the Barbasol Championship Pro-Am. During their round, he extended an invitation to Daly, an Arkansas alum and huge fan, to return to Lexington this fall to watch the Razorbacks take on the Cats at Kroger Field.
“I had the privilege of being in his foursome and playing with John,” Stoops said. “He’s definitely a big Hog fan. There’s no getting around that, but he’s also supportive of the SEC. Definitely invited him to the game.
