Yesterday at the Penn State pep rally, Franklin told fans that the Nittany Lions would be wearing the “real blue and white” in the bowl game:
“They are going to be wearing blue and white. WE WILL be wearing the real blue and white. Let’s rock the #VRBOCitrusBowl like it’s never been rocked before.”

As Kentucky accepted the Citrus Bowl trophy after a wild win, Stoops clapped back.
