High-profile basketball recruits took to Twitter Friday night to plead their case to play in college with Romeo Langford.
The New Albany five-star shooting guard scored 33 points in a dismantling of rival Jeffersonville. And tweets with video of Langford, who still is considering Kansas, Indiana and Vanderbilt, finishing exciting dunks — one a stylish windmill and the other an alley-oop pass off the backboard — created an opportunity for future college players to pitch their programs.
Darius Garland, a five-star point guard who signed with Vanderbilt in November, quote-tweeted a video of Langford dunking.
