LEXINGTON, Ky. – Within 24 hours of Kentucky’s win over Mississippi State, Mark Stoops’ program had picked up two verbal commitments for its 2019 recruiting class.
Both prospects, quarterback Amani Gilmore and cornerback Brandin Echols, were on campus for the upset win.
Now University of Kentucky coaches will hope to use a sellout crowd for the No. 17 Wildcats’ game against South Carolina for another recruiting bump.
