So…Jemarl Baker hit seven threes for Arizona last night

Kentucky’s three-point shooting was better against Georgia Tech, but there’s no denying the Cats have struggled from the outside so far this year. With a team full of newcomers and the only returning player on the bench with a lingering calf injury, it’s hard not to let our gaze wander west to Arizona, where Jemarl Baker absolutely lit it up last night.

Baker, who transferred to Arizona back in 2019, hit seven of nine threes for the other Wildcats, finishing with a career-high 33 points in 29 minutes. All in all, he was 12-16 from the floor.
