Slice Rohrssen was Jon Rothstein’s first guest this morning on Kentucky Sports Radio, and the former UK assistant had plenty of great things to say about the seven Cats who declared for the draft. Slice worked with the big guys while he was at Kentucky, and told Rothstein that Karl Towns called him last week to schedule some time to work out this week while he’s in New York.
“Karl wants to keep working, wants to get better,” Slice said. “There are some people who like the game, Karl’s one who loves the game.”
Interestingly, Slice said that more scouts and NBA personnel have called him in the past seven to days to talk about Devin Booker than any other UK player.
