Should Gary Henderson be on the hot seat?

When Gary Henderson became the manager of Kentucky baseball in 2009, he took over a program that John Cohen had taken from being an SEC cellar-dweller and turned into a winner.

Cohen's last three years saw UK go 122-55 (69% winning percentage) overall and 49-40 (55%) in SEC play. That included two years of winning 40+ games.

In the eight seasons Henderson has guided the program, UK has gone 253-191 (57%) and 101-129 (44%) in league play with just one 40+ win season. That includes a 50-60 mark in SEC play since 2013.

Now while you can only criticize Henderson so much for UK struggling in the ultra-competitive SEC, he doesn't get a pass on how often his Cats have lost to inferior competition.
