When MacGinnis walks off Kroger Field for the final time on Saturday, he will leave as Kentucky’s greatest placekicker.

The Alabama native’s accomplishments are all over the Kentucky record book. He’s surpassed monumental milestones, broken records, then broken them again. An abbreviated list of the school records MacGinnis owns:

  • All-time Scoring Leader: 349 points
  • Career Field Goals Made: 70, 13 more than the previous record-holder
  • Most Field Goals in a Season: 21; a record he’ll tie with one more on Saturday
  • Consecutive Field Goals Made: 11 twice; one more will break his previous record
  • Longest Field Goal: 54 and 53 yards are Nos.
