In an update to our Roadmap to College Football in the Fall from earlier today, we now know the Southeastern Conference has set a date for the vote on whether or not to open school athletic facilities in June.
The presidents and chancellors of the SEC will come together for a vote (virtually, of course) to either stick with that May 31 deadline or extend the campus gym ban a little longer. If the May 31 deadline holds, student-athletes can begin accessing school athletic facilities the following day, June 1.
